The US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are worried. New AI can break into secret computer networks. The US government stopped people from using some AI tools to keep the country safe.

Some people think the US is fast and safe. But China has free AI tools. Many people use these tools. This makes the US less safe.

Countries do not trust each other. They want to stop AI for a while, but they cannot check if other countries are lying. Some companies are trying to make tools to check AI.

The US government wants to check AI from big companies like Meta. Some workers at Meta are unhappy about how the company uses data.
