In the text, we see a person's dream change into a reality. Look at this pattern:
The Dream (Past) He wanted to go to Ole Miss. The Decision (Now) He chooses Colorado.
How to use this for A2: When you talk about your life, use 'wanted' for old plans and 'choose/chooses' for what is happening now.
