Vocabulary Learning

📅 Talking About Dates

In the text, we see two ways to talk about time. This is very important for A2 learners to describe events.

1. Specific Days (The 'On' Rule) When we have a specific date, we use On.

  • On July 23 → (One specific day)

2. Time Ranges (The 'From... to' Rule) When an event starts and ends, we use From [Date] to [Date].

  • From June 26 to June 29 → (A few days of activity)

🛠️ Simple Action Words

Look at how the text describes what NASA does. These are basic 'doing' words:

  • Use (They use screens) → To employ a tool.
  • Give (They give books) → To hand something to someone.
  • Help (They help libraries) → To make something easier for others.

Quick Tip: In English, if the person (NASA/They) is one group, we keep the action word simple: Use, Give, Help.
