The Indian government gave a new medical test to 2 million students. The first test had problems because some people stole the answers.

A teacher stole the test papers and sent them to students on the internet. The government tried to stop this. They used cameras and planes to move the papers. But some people still cheated. In Bihar, police found 30 people who helped students cheat for money.
