Introduction

Three students died and twenty people were hurt in a shooting at a school in Tacloban City. Now, people are talking about school safety and laws for children.

Main Body

Two boys, aged 14 and 15, brought guns to school on Monday. They got the guns from a police officer and a security guard. The boys planned the attack in May.
