Introduction

North Korea has a new big ship. This ship can carry nuclear weapons.

Main Body

The new ship is called Choe Hyon. It has big guns and missiles. North Korea wants to build more ships every year. They also want to make submarines that use nuclear power.

North Korea changed its laws. Now, the leader has total control over the nuclear weapons. Russia and China help North Korea with money and technology. This helps them ignore other countries.
