Introduction
Venezuela has a big emergency. Two strong earthquakes hit the north of the country. Many people died and many buildings fell.

Main Body
On June 24, 2026, two earthquakes hit near the city of Caracas. The first was very strong, and the second was even stronger. These were some of the biggest earthquakes in 100 years.
2026年6月24日,兩次地震在加拉加斯市附近發生。第一次非常強烈,第二次則更強。這是100年來規模最大的幾次地震之一。
Many houses and buildings fell because they were not strong. The airport and the trains stopped working. At least 188 people died, but this number may be much higher.

Now, the new government in Venezuela needs help. The United States sent doctors and rescue teams. Other countries like China, Spain, and Brazil also sent help to the people.
