🛠️ Word Power: The 'S' Rule

Look at how we describe things that happened in the past. Many words just add -ed at the end to show the action is finished.

  • Save → Saved
  • Live → Lived
  • Stay → Stayed

Wait! Some words are 'rebels' and change completely. You must memorize these:

  • Run \rightarrow Ran
  • Give \rightarrow Gave

🏠 Place & Position

In this story, things are where they are. Use these simple words to describe locations:

  1. Inside (The dog was inside the house \rightarrow in the middle of the building).
  2. Over (Food went over the wall \rightarrow moving across the top).
  3. At (The dog is at the hospital \rightarrow a specific location).

💡 Quick Tip: 'The' vs 'A'

  • Use 'A' when we talk about something for the first time: "A man killed a hotel owner."
  • Use 'The' when we already know who we are talking about: "The killer is Shankar Pandey."
