Introduction

The Queensland government chose a company called Lendlease. This company will build new homes and parks on an old glass factory site.

Main Body

The government bought the land in 2022. First, they wanted a TV center for the Olympics. Now, they want to build houses and places for people to relax.

Lendlease will build 4,000 homes. Some people will buy them and some will rent them. There will also be a big park, a walk by the river, and a place for shows.
