Introduction

The French Navy stopped a ship called the Deliver near Sicily. The ship carries oil.

法國海軍在西西里島附近攔截了一艘名為 Deliver 的船隻,該船運載石油。

Main Body

France says the ship came from Russia. They believe the ship broke international rules to help the Russian army. France also says the ship used a fake flag from Cameroon.

Russia is angry. The Russian Embassy in Paris says France stole the ship. They say this is against the law of the sea.
