USA Helps Libya and the Gulf Region

Introduction

The USA wants to help Libya have one government. The USA also wants peace between Iran and the Gulf countries.

Main Body

In Libya, the USA wants one leader for the whole country. This helps USA companies buy oil. Some leaders in the east and west agree. But some people say the plan only helps a few powerful men.

In the Gulf, Secretary Marco Rubio visited many countries. The USA and Iran signed a paper for peace. But they disagree about the sea. Iran wants money from ships in the Strait of Hormuz. The USA says this is not allowed.

The USA also talks to its friends in the Gulf. They want Iran to stop giving money to groups like Hezbollah and Hamas. Now, more ships are moving through the sea.

Conclusion

Libya is trying to join together. The USA, Iran, and the Gulf countries are trying to find a way to live in peace.
