New Friends and New Leaders in the Middle East

Introduction

The US, Iran, and Israel have many fights. Now, countries in the Middle East are changing their friends.

Main Body

Some countries do not trust the US for safety. Israel and the UAE are now close friends. They want to stop Iran. Saudi Arabia is also making new friends in Turkey and Pakistan.

Iran has a different plan. It helps small groups in Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq. This is a cheap way to have power.

Now, countries like Qatar and Turkey help stop wars. They do not care about human rights. They only want money and peace. The United Nations is not strong now.

The US also changes its style. It makes quick deals for money or power. These deals stop fighting fast, but the peace does not last long.

Conclusion

Regional powers are now more independent. They make quick deals, but the area is still dangerous.

🚩 The 'Doing' Words

In this text, we see words that describe things happening right now. We call these 'Action' words.

Look at these patterns:

  • Countries \rightarrow change (they do it now)
  • They \rightarrow want (they feel it now)
  • Iran \rightarrow helps (it does it now)

🧩 The 'S' Rule

Notice how the word changes when we talk about one person or one group:

One (Singular)Many (Plural)
Iran helpsCountries change
The US makesThey want

Easy Tip: If it is one thing (The US, Iran, Israel), add an -s to the action word. If it is many (Countries, They), do not add the -s.
