Introduction

The Malaysian government has a new team. This team helps people cross the border between Johor and Singapore for the election on July 11.

馬來西亞政府成立了一個新團隊,協助民眾在 7 月 11 日選舉期間往返柔佛與新加坡之間的邊境。

Main Body

Malaysia is changing its computer system for passports. The old system is slow and sometimes stops working. The government wants to fix this before September.

馬來西亞正在更換其護照電腦系統。舊系統速度慢且有時會停止運作。政府希望在 9 月前完成修復。

Many people from Johor work in Singapore. About 100,000 to 200,000 people need to go home to vote. The government will make special lanes for them at the border.

Two political groups, PH and BN, work together in the big government. But in Johor, they fight for power. PH wants to win more seats to help the area grow.
