🕵️ The 'Past Action' Pattern
To move toward A2, you need to describe things that already happened. Look at how the story changes words to show the Past.
The Change List:
- Go Went
- Have Had
- Wear Wore
- Take Took
- Drive Drove
💡 Simple Rule: When you tell a story about yesterday or last year, you cannot use the 'normal' word. You must use the 'past' version.
Example from the text:
- Wrong: He take $12,000.
- Right: He took \rightarrow$ (This happened in 2026, so it is finished).
Quick Tip for Beginners: Notice that Went, Had, Wore, Took, and Drove do not end in "-ed". These are 'special' words. You simply memorize them to describe a crime or a trip!
