⚡ The "Action" Pattern

Look at how the story tells us what happened. It uses simple Past Action words.

The Pattern: Person/Thing \rightarrow Action \rightarrow Object

  • A truck \rightarrow hit \rightarrow a bus
  • A car \rightarrow hit \rightarrow a motorcycle
  • A car \rightarrow hit \rightarrow a pole

Key Word: HIT In English, we use "hit" when one thing crashes into another. It does not change in the past.

  • Now: It hits.
  • Yesterday: It hit.

🌍 Places & People

Notice how the text connects a City/Country to an Event using the word "In":

In+extPlaceightarrowextSomethinghappened\text{In} + ext{Place} ightarrow ext{Something happened}

  • In India, cars drove fast.
