Introduction

Some places in North America and Europe have very hot weather. Other places have cold winter weather at the same time.

北美和歐洲的部分地區天氣極熱，但同時也有其他地區處於寒冷的冬季天氣。

Main Body

A 'heat dome' traps hot air in the US and Canada. It is very hot in New York and Ontario. Many people are in danger because of the heat.

「熱穹頂」將熱空氣困在美國和加拿大。紐約和安大略省非常炎熱，許多人因此面臨高溫危險。

Some parts of the US have snow. It is cold in Montana and Idaho. This strange weather caused big fires in Utah. Three firefighters died in these fires.

美國部分地區有積雪，蒙大拿州和愛達荷州非常寒冷。這種異常天氣在猶他州引發了大火，共有三名消防員在火災中喪生。

Europe is also very hot. The UK and France have record high temperatures. Many people in France died because of the heat.

Conclusion

A strong El Niño makes the weather very dangerous in the Northern Hemisphere.
