Introduction

Police in Aomori are looking at a death from a bear attack. Many bears are attacking people in Japan now.

More bears are killing people. Five people died between April and June. This is much higher than last year. People saw bears more than 50,000 times in one year.

Bears have more food because the weather is warm. Also, fewer people live in the countryside. Now, bears go into cities. They go to schools, airports, and factories.
