Introduction

Police in Taiwan searched many tech companies. They want to find people who sent expensive AI chips to China without permission.

Police searched twelve places on June 30, 2026. They looked at offices and homes. Some people sent 50 servers to China, Macau, and Hong Kong. They used fake papers to hide the truth. Some chips went to Japan first and then to China.

The US does not want China to have these chips for its army. In Taiwan, this is not a crime yet. One leader wants to change the law. He wants to make it a crime to sell these chips to China.
