Major League Baseball has some problems with rules. Some teams are also playing games to win the season.

1. Using 'Do Not' for Actions When someone refuses to do something, we use do not (or did not for the past):

2. Using 'Are Not' for Descriptions When we describe a state or a quality, we use are not:
- They are not always good. (Sometimes they are bad).
