Introduction

A government group is choosing a new police leader for Punjab. Also, the President gave more time to some law officers.

Main Body

The government wants a new Director General of Police for Punjab. They need a list of three good officers. Gaurav Yadav, Sharad Satya Chauhan, and Harpreet Singh Sidhu are on this list. They started their jobs in 1992.

At the same time, the President helped some law officers. Satya Pal Jain will stay as a law officer for the Punjab and Haryana High Court for three more months. Two other officers in other cities also got more time.
