📌 The "Past Story" Pattern

To tell a story about something that already happened, we change the action word (verb). Look at how these words changed in the text:

Live $\rightarrow$ Lived
Work $\rightarrow$ Worked
Rain $\rightarrow$ Rained
Move $\rightarrow$ *Moved

The Simple Rule: Just add -ed to the end of the word to move it from Now to Then.

🛠️ Special "Broken" Words

Some words don't follow the -ed rule. They change completely. These are very common for A2 learners:
