A 66-year-old man named Liu flew a small plane. He flew away from the safe area. He hit the tall CITIC Tower. Liu died. Thirteen other people were hurt, but they are okay now.

Liu had a hard time with his mind. He could not sleep and felt very sad. He wrote in his diary that he wanted to die. The government says he did this because of his personal problems.

Now the government has new rules. People cannot fly drones for fun. Pilots must ask the government for permission before they fly. The government also deleted stories about this on the internet.
