Introduction

The UK has a new leader. The government is changing how it talks to people and how it spends money.

Main Body

Andy Burnham is the new leader. He does not talk to journalists in the old way. He uses Instagram and Reddit to talk to people. Some people say this is bad because he does not answer hard questions.
