⚡ The 'No' Pattern

To move to A2, you need to talk about things that did not happen. Look at how the story says things stopped:

  • Trains did not run.
  • The party did not happen.

How it works: Did not + Action word \rightarrow Something in the past that is now zero.

🌡️ Simple Descriptors

Notice how the writer describes bad things using simple pairs:

  • Very hot \rightarrow High temperature
  • Big storms \rightarrow No electricity
  • Floods \rightarrow Accidents

Tip: Instead of using one big word, use Very + Simple Word (e.g., Very hot, Very high). This is the fastest way to be understood at A2 level.
