Introduction

Pope Leo XIV visited Lampedusa in Italy. He wants to help migrants. This happened during the 250th birthday of the United States.

The Pope visited a cemetery for migrants. He prayed for them. He says the world must give food and medicine to people in need. He also wants to help poor countries so people do not have to leave home.
