President Aoun says the USA is a good friend. He wants the USA to give money and military help. He wants his country to be safe and quiet.

Israel wants to leave southern Lebanon. But first, the group Hezbollah must stop using weapons. The Lebanese army must take control of the land. Hezbollah does not like this plan and says no.
