Introduction

The United States has a big party for its 250th birthday. There is a big fair in Washington D.C. and many parties in different states.

Main Body

New Hampshire is part of the party. Governor Kelly Ayotte says New Hampshire helped the country start. Long ago, people in New Hampshire fought against British rules about trees. New Hampshire also wrote its own laws first.
