🚨 The "Cause & Effect" Logic

In this story, we see why things happen. This is a great way to start speaking in full sentences.

The Pattern: Reason \rightarrow Result

From the text:

  • The ground is dry + air is hot \rightarrow Fires grow fast.
  • People used fireworks \rightarrow Fires started.

🛠️ Word Tool: "Many"

Notice how the word many is used for things we can count. It replaces "a lot of" to make the sentence feel more direct.

  • Many fires (Count: 1, 2, 3...)
  • Many workers (Count: 1, 2, 3...)
  • Many buildings (Count: 1, 2, 3...)

💡 Quick Tip: Past vs. Present

Check how the story switches time:

  1. Now (Present): "The West is in danger." (Fact/Current state)
  2. Before (Past): "The fire was fast." (Something that already happened)
