Introduction

The USA is helping Venezuela after two big earthquakes. Planes are flying again. But some Venezuelan leaders are stopping the help.

Two big earthquakes happened on June 24. A leader named Diosdado Cabello stopped rescue teams. He did this in La Guaira. He wanted to hide secret money and drugs in the broken buildings.
