Introduction

A fire department boat in New Jersey hit a whale. The boat stopped working.

Main Body

The accident happened on Friday at 4:30 PM. A whale jumped under the back of the boat. Water went into the boat very fast. The crew jumped into the water.

Some people on jet skis and other boats helped. The Perth Amboy Fire Department arrived and saved the crew. No one was hurt because everyone wore life jackets.
