The US and Iran want peace. They talk through other countries. At the same time, Israel and Lebanon have problems.

Main Body

The US and Iran signed a paper in June to stop fighting. But they still disagree. Iran wants money for ships in the Strait of Hormuz. The US says no. Iran also does not want to talk directly to US leaders.

Israel and Lebanon have a plan. Israel will leave Lebanon, but Hezbollah must give up its guns. Hezbollah says no. The Lebanese president says the army cannot move in because Israel is still there. Local leaders in Lebanon do not want to join Israel.
