Introduction
Heavy rain and strong winds killed people and broke buildings in Mumbai and Delhi.

Main Body
Mumbai had very heavy rain and fast winds. Many buildings fell down. Six people died in Mankhurd. One person died in Vashi because a balcony fell. Other people died in rivers and dams.
