Introduction

Leaders met in Ankara, Turkey for the 36th NATO Summit. The United States shared a new plan. Some leaders are now angry with each other.

Main Body

President Trump wants other countries to pay more for their own armies. He says the US pays too much money. He wants Ukraine to make its own missiles. He also wants to buy Greenland to stop Russia and China.
