💡 The Power of "WANT"
In this story, we see a very common way to describe goals and desires. When we want to change the world or a law, we use: Want + To + Action.
Look at these patterns:
- She wants to work... (Person Desire Action)
- He wants a tax... (Person Desire Thing)
⚖️ Opposites (The 'Balance')
To reach A2, you need to describe differences. This text uses simple pairs to show contrast:
| Person A | Person B |
|---|---|
| Moderate (Middle) | Progressive (New/Change) |
| Party Leader | New Person |
| Agree | Does not agree |
📝 Quick Note on 'Too'
When the text says "too extreme," the word too tells us that it is more than what is considered normal or good.
- Too hot (Bad)
- Too extreme (Too much change)
