The Port of Dover has big problems. A new EU computer system for passports does not work well. Many people want to travel this summer.

多佛港面臨嚴重問題。歐盟一套新的護照電腦系統運作不順暢，且今年夏天有許多人計畫旅行。

Many computer machines at the port do not work. France made the software, but it has mistakes. More cars will come to the port on July 17. In May, some people waited four hours.

港口許多電腦設備無法運作。軟體是由法國開發的，但存在錯誤。7月17日將有更多車輛湧入港口。在5月時，部分民眾甚至等待了四小時。

Leaders in the UK are angry. They want France to fix the machines. The boss of the port says the problem is not his fault. He says there will be too many cars on the roads.

英國領導人對此感到憤怒，要求法國修復設備。港口負責人則表示這並非他的責任，並警告道路上將會出現過多車輛。

The EU says the system is okay. They know some places have problems. Some people in Spain and Italy already had delays. The EU has a phone app to help, but it is not a full solution.

Dover will have many traffic jams. This will happen if France does not fix the computers or if the EU stops the checks.
