Introduction
Police from the US, Canada, and Europe worked together. They arrested 37 people from three crime groups in India.

Main Body
One group is led by Lawrence Bishnoi. He is in prison, but he used a secret phone to plan crimes. He and Goldy Brar planned to kill a man in Canada in 2023. Police say the Indian government did not help them.
