Introduction

On July 4, two Hungarian fighter jets met a Cathay Pacific plane. The plane was flying to London. It stopped talking to air traffic control.

Main Body

The plane was in Romanian air space. Suddenly, the pilots did not speak to the controllers. NATO saw this problem. They sent two fast jets from Hungary to find the plane.

The jets flew next to the plane. Then, the pilots spoke again. The plane continued its trip to London.

Cathay Pacific said everyone was safe. But the Hong Kong aviation office was worried. They asked the airline for a report in seven days.
