World markets are changing. This is because the US and Iran are fighting. Also, people do not know if interest rates will change.

Main Body
The US and Iran are not peaceful now. They attack each other. This makes oil prices go up. The IMF says the world economy will grow slowly.
美國與伊朗目前並不太平，雙方互相攻擊。這導致油價上漲。國際貨幣基金組織（IMF）表示全球經濟增長將會緩慢。
In the US, leaders disagree about money. Some want to keep interest rates the same. Others want to raise rates because prices for food and clothes are too high.

📈 The 'Up' and 'Down' Logic
In this text, we see how to describe things that change. For A2 level, you don't need complex words. Use these simple patterns:
1. Moving Up (Increase)
- Oil prices go up → (Price ⬆️)
- Raise rates → (Change from low to high)
- Markets go up → (Value ⬆️)
2. Moving Down (Decrease)
- Grow slowly → (Not fast ⬇️)
- Market is going down → (Value ⬇️)
- Prices are lower → (Cheaper ⬇️)
💡 Quick Rule: When something becomes more expensive or larger, use Up/Raise. When something becomes cheaper or smaller, use Down/Lower.
