Introduction

The Hong Kong government has a new plan for the Pak Shek Kok MTR station.

香港政府針對白石 Kok 地鐵站有一項新計劃。

Main Body

The government will build a new station. It is near the university and the Science Park. People will save 20 minutes when they travel to Kowloon and Hong Kong Island.

政府將興建一座新車站。該站位於大學與科學園附近。民眾前往九龍與香港島可節省 20 分鐘時間。

The Education University of Hong Kong (EduHK) must move its sports center. It will move to the Tai Po campus. This move starts in 2028 and ends in 2031.

香港教育大學 (EduHK) 必須搬遷其體育中心。該中心將遷至大埔校區。此次搬遷將於 2028 年開始,並於 2031 年結束。

The government will build the station first. Then, they will sell land to build houses. This helps the government pay for the station. The station will open in 2033.

政府將先興建車站。隨後,他們將出售土地以興建房屋,以協助政府支付車站建設費用。該站將於 2033 年啟用。

The MTR says the trains have enough space. They might add more trains later for more people.
