The 'People' Pattern
In this story, we see how to talk about what different groups think. This is a key skill for A2 English.
1. Group Word → Opinion
- Some people → angry / think it is not fair.
- Other people → agree / want students to stay.
2. Useful Words for Feelings
- Angry (Bad feeling) "Some people are angry."
- Fair (Good/Right) "The decision is not fair."
3. Simple Sentence Bridge To move from a beginner to A2, stop using only "I think." Use these instead:
- They say... (Reporting news)
- They think... (Giving an opinion)
- They want... (Expressing a wish)
