The 'People' Pattern

In this story, we see how to talk about what different groups think. This is a key skill for A2 English.

1. Group Word → Opinion

  • Some people → angry / think it is not fair.
  • Other people → agree / want students to stay.

2. Useful Words for Feelings

  • Angry (Bad feeling) \rightarrow "Some people are angry."
  • Fair (Good/Right) \rightarrow "The decision is not fair."

3. Simple Sentence Bridge To move from a beginner to A2, stop using only "I think." Use these instead:

  • They say... (Reporting news)
