Apple says OpenAI asked Apple workers to steal secrets. Some workers took parts like batteries and boards. One worker used a laptop to steal many files after he left the company.

OpenAI has a company called io Products. Apple says this company tried to copy Apple's special metal designs. They lied to other companies to do this.
