Introduction

A military officer reported a fight at the Panchkula court. He says lawyers hit him and locked him in a room.

The officer, Ashish Chandok, went to court on July 9. He says a lawyer and 10 other people hit him. Then, they locked him in a room. They hit him again and made him sign a paper.
