🔍 The "Past Action" Pattern

In this story, we see many words that end in -ed. This tells us the action is finished.

Look at these changes:

  • Search \rightarrow Searched
  • Work \rightarrow Worked
  • Check \rightarrow Checked

The Exception (The 'Irregular' ones): Some words change completely. They don't use -ed.

  • Find \rightarrow Found
  • Quit \rightarrow Quit (stays the same!)

📦 Grouping Things (Quantities)

To reach A2, you need to describe how much of something there is. This article shows two ways:

  1. Weight/Money: "74 kilograms of gold" or "20 million dollars"
  2. Amount: "Many important cases"

Quick Tip: Use "Many" for things you can count (cases, people) and "Much" for things you cannot count (money, water).
