The plants use river water to stay cool. The rivers are too hot. The plants cannot put more hot water into the rivers. So, three plants stopped working and eight plants used less power.

The government helped the Bugey plant. They let it work for a short time. This helps the country have enough electricity.

Many people in France are in danger. The weather is too hot for 25 million people. There are more fires and accidents. Scientists say this happens because the Earth is getting warmer.
