Introduction

The Australian government has new rules for universities. Universities must now define racism and hate speech clearly.

Universities must stop racism. They must help students and staff feel safe. They must have a clear way for people to make complaints.

Public universities must also show their money. They must tell the government how much the bosses earn. They must show how they spend money on experts.
