Introduction
Ursula von der Leyen is the leader of the European Commission. She wants new laws for children and social media in Europe.

Main Body
Children under three years old cannot use screens. Children from three to twelve years old need a parent to help them. Teenagers from thirteen to eighteen years old can use the internet alone. The EU will make a new app to check a person's age.
