Introduction

Ten countries, including Ukraine, are making a new plan to stop missiles. At the same time, the EU and UK are punishing Russia for computer attacks.

Main Body

Ten countries want to build a new defense system. They call this project 'Freyja'. It is a cheaper way to stop missiles. France will also give Ukraine planes and missiles.
