Introduction

The Supreme Court of India stopped Parsvnath Developers from using their money. The court also asked for the company leaders to come to court. This happened because the company did not give homes to the people who bought them.

Main Body

Two old people, Rita and Lokaish Tikku, paid a lot of money for a home in 2007. The company said the home was ready in 2013. But the home is not finished. The company did not finish any projects.

Conclusion

The company leaders must go to court now. If they do not go, the court will take more action. The state leaders must prove they are following the rules.
