⚡ Quick Fix: Past Actions

When we tell a story about something that already happened, we often add -ed to the action word.

From the story:

  • Walk \rightarrow Walked
  • Climb \rightarrow Climbed
  • Hurt \rightarrow Hurt (Stayed the same!)

Simple Rule: If you want to say it happened yesterday or last week, look for the -ed ending.

📦 Grouping People (Numbers)

Notice how the text describes groups of people:

  • "Twelve passengers" \rightarrow A small group.
