Introduction

Four workers died in two accidents in Uttar Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The workers died because the sites were not safe.

In Gorakhpur, a 68-year-old man fell into a deep hole. He hit a piece of iron and died. People say there were no fences to stop him from falling. Now, the government is angry. They want to fire some engineers. The police are also investigating the company that built the road. In Balod, three men died in a different accident. They were in a deep hole for a water pipe. The dirt fell on them. Three men got out, but three men died.
